Trefoil Park Properties is a family owned real estate company committed to providing tenants with high quality office and flex space in the Fairfield County market. 

The company’s principals have deep experience spanning the development, acquisition and management of real estate in a range of residential and commercial uses. The principals have developed over 3 million square feet throughout New England and metro New York. 

Trefoil leverages decades of experience to drive creative real estate solutions for current and prospective tenants including full service build-out capabilities and professional on-site management. 

Our current offering is located in the Trefoil business park which is conveniently located adjacent to Routes 25 and 111. The properties feature well maintained spaces which benefit from frequent physical upgrades and a variety of local amenities. Trumbull, CT

  • Trumbull is in Fairfield County, the southern-most county in Connecticut, one of 23 municipalities in this wealthiest of Connecticut counties.
  • Trumbull has 21 parks totaling more acreage than New York City’s Central Park.
  • It has access to 74 biking / hiking / running trails, covering 551 miles.
  • At the end of Corporate Drive, there is access to Old Mine Park.
  • Trumbull is home to Tashua Knolls Golf Course, a public golf course, which has 27 holes – an 18-hole course and a par 3, Executive course. The course is one to two miles from Trefoil Park Properties five buildings.

All three locations are within one mile of each other. All are within a minute of Route 25.  35 and 55 Corporate Drive are on abutting parcels. 204 and 30 are on abutting parcels.

  • 35 Corporate Drive – one office building, three stories with floors of 18,000 square feet
  • 55 Corporate Drive – one office building, three stories with floors of 16,000 square feet
  • 126 Monroe Turnpike – two stories, with each floor being at grade, with a connection from the first parking area sloping to the second level. This allows for most of the tenant areas to have their own entrance. The floors are 22,000 square feet each. It is on the main street of Trumbull
  • 204 Spring Hill Road – is a one-story flex building, with each tenant having its own entrance, with loading docks for the majority of tenants and a drive-in bay for one tenant. It is 40,000 square feet
  • 30 Trefoil Drive – is a one-story building over-looking a detention pond, the home of one of the world leaders in consumer products, with this location the north American products research location for products for laundry and home care
